Setting your intention is your super power

One of the most powerful tools we have access to help us manifest our dream lives is setting intentions.  What does it mean to set effective intentions and what does it look like?  As a powerful creator, you can unleash your power by setting a clear vision to focus your energy and attention.  We want to have focused intentions to help us create our dream lives.

 

What do you want to create?

The first step to setting our intentions is to know what we want.  Gain as much clarity as you can about your deepest desire.  Dig deep and be as specific as possible.  What does your desire look like, feel like, smell like, sound like, and taste like?  Picture yourself in your desired outcome and feel it as deeply as you can as if you are living it at the moment.  At the same time, let the universe know that you are open to receiving something even better that you might not be able to image.  This is cocreating because you are putting in as much as you know and can imagine, but at the same time are trusting and are open to bigger and better possibilities.

 

When do we set intentions and visit them?

Ideally, we want to set our intentions on a daily basis either in the morning or at night.  We want to look at the things we want to create on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.  If you are not ready to multi-level your intention, then you can always just start with setting your intentions for today.  Later on you can expand your intention and always make them as fun as you possibly can.  It is great to write them down on a notebook or post-its.  The post-its can be placed in a location you  see frequently like a bathroom mirror or in your car. This way, it is a reminder of your manifestation.  Additionally, we can use meditations, visualizations, and affirmations to remind us to stay focus on our manifestation.

 

Trust

Trust and believe with all of your heart that your desire outcome or perhaps something better has already arrived.  Now that you are worthy of receiving and simply allow yourself to receive.  Put your mind and body at ease by doing things that relax you and make you feel loved and taken care of.  What kinds of things put you at ease? Perhaps it is as simple as a cup of tea or nap.  How can you let your body and mind know that everything is alright and taken care of.  At the same time, do not stress yourself out by putting a deadline or specific time you think your manifestation should arrive by.  Trust that it will arrive at the perfect time you are meant to receive.

 

Start taking small step

Once you have your clear vision imagine what you would do or how you would act when you receive your manifestation.  Act as if your manifestation has come to fruition.  What would you do if your manifestation has come to fruition?  How would you act?  How would you celebrate?  How would you feel it?  Would you celebrate by going out to a nice dinner? Then maybe you should have a nice dinner in the expectation of your manifestation becoming your reality. Take an inspired action step that makes you feel good while trusting everything is on its way.
